Tucked between 2 parks and nestled on a quaint street lined with 100 year old trees, we invite you to come enjoy time with your family and friends at our charming bungalow! Only 3 minutes from downtown Fort Mill as well as I-77, this home allows you to "escape" while also having quick access to all the conveniences groups desire (restaurants/breweries/grocery stores/shopping).

From the cozy front porch to lighted back deck and even the fire pit, our warm home offers multiple outdoor spaces that allow groups to be "together" but also spend one-on-one time with each other. If being inside is more your scene, grab one of the many DVD's and snuggle up on the plushy sofa or challenge someone to one on the multiple available board games. We even have puzzles too!

This is a pet-friendly home (Dogs Only) and requires an additional fee of $150 Per pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

Per city and insurance guidelines, we are required to request the full names and rough ages of all the guests staying at the property. Please be prepared to send that information over when booking.
