A renovated bungalow in the heart of "Old Towne". Stay at the nicest & brightest rental in Rock Hill - located within walking distance to everything our city has to offer.

Located just off Main Street, this home was custom designed by Blue Pineapple Designers with our guests experience in mind. We invite you to dive right into the spacious, cool, laid-back atmosphere of 'The Pink Pineapple.' With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home is perfect for groups/families of up to 8 people.

As you step inside the space, you will notice the interior of the home offers a fun and relaxing vibe. The living room has 2 cozy sofas complete with comfy accent pillows. Catch up on your favorite shows/movies on the room's 55" Samsung Smart TV. The dining area has a farmhouse style table w/ ample seating making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. A full bathroom is located next to the dining area complete with a tub/shower combo.

The kitchen is located off the dining room and features an island and is fully equipped with basic kitchen cookware for your stay. All bedrooms have remote controlled fans/lights, blackout curtains and ample closet space. The first bedroom has a King-sized bed and dresser and 47" Smart TV while the master bedroom has two Queen-sized beds and a full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The laundry room is off of the kitchen and includes a large washer/dryer and provided detergent.

Outside you'll find the home's inviting wrap around porch where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, or the morning sunrise. Take a quick walk over to Cedar Street Park to help the kids let off some steam or stroll over to Glencarin Gardens to take in the beauty of nature. Even your fur baby can enjoy themselves in the fully-fenced in backyard!!!

This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $150 Per pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.
