The space

This ultra clean condo is quiet, comfortable and welcoming with no heavy footsteps from above or outside. Great for friends, families, beach bums, tennis bums, golf buddies or romantic getaways. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment but far enough to get away from it all.

The Resort:

RECREATION: Beach gear (includes body boards, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, child size beach chair, beach cart, wheeled cooler, beach bag and toys); tennis racquets; games; books.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware and utensils; dish soap and dishwasher detergent; dish towels and paper towels; garbage bags; Keurig and drip coffee maker; Keurig coffee cups and sweetener for the first morning; waffle iron; toaster; frozen drink/smoothie machine; potholders; dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.

SLEEPING: All clean linens
Bedroom 1 - King Bed with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed & Twin Bed with bath/shower combo
Living Room - Sleeper Sofa with half bath.

DINING ROOM: As is, the table seats six but if you’re having friends over for dinner, there’s a leaf in the pantry that expands the dining room table to seat eight.

LAUNDRY: In unit full size washer and dryer with some complimentary detergent pods.

ELECTRONICS: High Speed Internet with WiFi; work desk complete with computer monitor and both a VGA and HDMI cable for connecting to your laptop; Amazon Alexa; DVD players and three flat-screen cable TVs (65” Smart TV includes: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and most other popular apps along with many cable TV channels).

BATH: Towels; toilet paper; hand soap; travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, sunscreen and makeup remover.

MISC: Blow dryer, hair curler, Central Air conditioning and Heat/Hot Water; furnished balcony; small lighted vanity mirror in each bedroom; ceiling fans and a box fan for white noise; alarm clocks; hangers; iron and ironing board.
Guest access
Self Check-in: a door code will be sent a week or two before you are scheduled to arrive. There will also be directions for picking up parking passes nearby.

Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 10 AM
Every effort will be made to grant early and late access if requested but no guarantees.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Stairs are required for access. The entry/living area is on the second floor, up one flight of steps, under a covered balcony with parking right out front (see photos). The bedrooms, located upstairs from the living area, offer a quiet space and with no units above there will be zero-foot traffic to disturb your sleep.

This is a no smoking community. Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the grounds.

No pets allowed. Only service dogs with documentation allowed on the grounds.

No events, parties, or large gatherings.

Must be at least 25 years old to book.
