The platforms take the same nightly rate and add a guest service fee of up to 15% on top. We don't. Our direct price is always lower than what you'd pay for the same dates on Airbnb or Vrbo — that's the whole point of this site.
Everything after "Check availability" runs on OwnerRez, the reservation system behind thousands of professional vacation rentals: live pricing for your dates, a short rental agreement, card payment, and confirmation by email and text. Cleaning, occupancy tax and a small booking fee are itemised in full before you pay — no surprises.
