This policy applies to reservations made on this website or directly with us. Bookings made through Airbnb or Vrbo follow that platform's policy as shown at the time of booking.
If you cancel, we refund 90% of all payments made. We retain 10% to cover non-refundable card processing fees and administration. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Need to move your stay rather than cancel? Contact us — where the home is available we'll move your reservation at no charge, with any rate difference applied.
Optional travel insurance is offered during checkout and can cover the retained portion and non-refundable costs for covered reasons.
